Attention to detail is so important, you need to know your customer and deliver what they want. Ideally before they even ask for it, that is the way to build your brand and a good strong customer base. That will return to you because you care.
Do you know your Avatar (your customer base), if not then this is a great time to sit down and brainstorm who your ideal customer is. Who Are they? How old are they? Are they male or female? Do they have a family? What do they look like? What do they like? What do they dislike? What do they need from you? What are their pain points? What support and help do they need from you? This applies to all aspects of business not solely for the internet marketer.
When you know your customer and what their needs are. Then you can start delivering on those needs before they have to ask you for it. Free content, great value whether it is through information/customer services/ approach ability/ etc. In the case of those in internet marketing whether it be your own brand, affiliate marketing, MLM, etc. Add lots of value, free reports, ebooks, videos etc with content that will be helpful to your customers needs.
